Position: Sales Coordinator

Job Description/Overview
Faerch, a leading supplier of circular, rigid food packaging, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our Hämeenlinna team. In this role, you will support the sales team and help ensure the smooth operation of sales processes, while contributing to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage order, certificate, and technical specification tasks between sales and customers.
Maintain daily customer contact, tracking and tracing orders.
Update forecasts and IT systems regularly.
Assist with Sales Price Calculations (SPC) for Area Sales Managers.
Prepare offers and create contracts using Faerch standard templates.
Handle claims in collaboration with the quality department and Area Sales Managers.
Qualifications
Proven experience (2+ years) in a sales support or administrative role in the industrial field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. (ERP in Infor M3 experience is a plus.)
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Fluency in Finnish and English.
Experience
Minimum 2 years in sales support or administration within an industry-related environment.

Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
