Job Description/Overview
Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), one of the world’s most recognized and beloved fast-food chains, is expanding in Finland. With a goal of opening 50 restaurants in the near future, including 20 in the next three years, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a Marketing Specialist at KFC Suomi, you will play a critical role in executing restaurant marketing initiatives, promoting our products and services, building brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement restaurant-specific outdoor advertising (OOH).
Coordinate marketing activities in shopping centers.
Design and order marketing materials.
Participate in weekly strategy meetings with restaurant managers.
Develop and optimize local marketing efforts.
Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ensuring effective internal communication.
Manage sales and communication channels (social media, websites, self-service order points, home delivery) with IT team support.
Update product and campaign details in collaboration with delivery partners.
Monitor and analyze marketing activity results.
Respond to customer feedback and participate in ongoing projects.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Higher education or vocational training (AMK) with prior marketing experience.
Skills:
Team collaboration and project management skills.
Familiarity with local and digital marketing tools, analytics, and content creation.
Strong Finnish and English language skills.
