Position: Junior HR Officer

Job Description/Overview:
EY is a global professional services organization providing advisory, assurance, tax, and transaction services. The company seeks a Junior HR Officer to support the HR Business Partner team, providing operational delivery of HR processes, compiling HR data, and assisting with performance improvement projects. The role offers an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of HR functions and processes within a large international firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR Business Partner processes, including reports, cross-team projects, and more.
Compile, structure, and analyze HR data to streamline processes.
Maintain HR data in HR systems.
Assist in organizing evaluation processes and participate in performance improvement projects.
Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure accurate service delivery.
Provide periodic reports and presentations.
Offer administrative support to the HR Business Partner team.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Human Resources.
Fluent in English and French (additional languages are an asset).
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ideally experienced with HRIS (SAP-SuccessFactors), Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
Ability to handle sensitive matters and ensure confidentiality.
Strong organizational, communication, and autonomy skills.
