Job Description/Overview:
EY is a global professional services organization providing advisory, assurance, tax, and transaction services. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior leadership to foster organizational and people effectiveness. This role involves partnering with leadership on HR matters, deploying people initiatives, managing employee relations, and supporting talent management within a dedicated service line.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders and their teams on HR matters and planning activities.
Manage the deployment of people initiatives and HR programs within the service line.
Ensure HR processes and operations are followed.
Advise on career development and talent management.
Support employee retention and development to align with business objectives.
Resolve complex employee relations issues.
Follow up on HR legal cases and provide official documents when needed.
Oversee onboarding, including integration and monitoring of new joiners.
Manage annual performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance.
Qualifications:
Essential: Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field.
Desirable: Thorough knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law, HR policies, processes, and regulations.
Experience:
Essential: Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with internal customers and influence leadership decisions.
Desirable: Experience working with SAP HRIS, fluency in French, German, or other languages.
Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple subjects in a demanding environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage in challenging conversations confidentially.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
