Job Description/Overview:
Nua Healthcare, a leading private healthcare provider in Ireland, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers. Nua Healthcare specializes in Residential and Supported Living Services for children and adults with complex support needs. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and support, working to enrich the lives of Service Users and help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals with daily activities and personal development plans.
Assist with community involvement, education, skills development, and personal goal achievement.
Aid in living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and appointments.
Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
Work shifts on a 24/7 roster, including weekends and nights.
Qualifications:
Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required (training provided).
Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related field.
Relevant life experience is beneficial but not essential.
Positive attitude and passion for supporting others.
Full driver’s license or in the process of obtaining one.
