About the Role:
This freelance, reading and writing-intensive role allows you to contribute to AI advancements by providing feedback and crafting content. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work with hours that suit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and rank AI-generated text based on clarity, relevance, and quality.
- Write and rewrite prompts and responses, conducting research and fact-checking as needed.
- Evaluate the factuality and quality of AI-produced content, providing constructive feedback.
Desired Expertise:
- Proven experience as a writer or editor, ideally in digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a writing-related field (preferred).
- Strong command of New Zealand English, including grammar, spelling, and writing style.
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for identifying strengths and weaknesses in written content.
- Strong reasoning, logic, and communication skills.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay rates for core project work in New Zealand range from $25 to $59 NZD, based on skills and expertise.
- Higher rates may apply for those with advanced degrees (e.g., PhDs).
- Rates for non-core tasks, such as onboarding or project overtime, may differ, with some projects offering additional incentives.
Additional Information:
- This is a freelance 1099 contract role with Outlier on the Outlier.ai platform.
- You must be authorized to work in New Zealand.
- Outlier collects and retains personal data for business purposes in accordance with its privacy policy.
