Job Description/Overview:
ASSURED COVERAGE ADVISORS is hiring an Office Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, HR functions, and coordinate various administrative tasks. The role requires organization, teamwork, and experience in managing office procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
Support staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Coordinate HR activities to align with organizational goals.
Direct daily operations and supervise staff.
Open and distribute mail and other materials.
Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Ensure HR projects comply with laws and regulations.
Implement office policies and procedures.
Train other workers and oversee recruitment strategies.
Schedule appointments and manage contracts.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Oversee employee data analysis and develop communication strategies.
Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
Qualifications:
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1-2 year program.
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage daily operations and coordinate information flow.
Experience in HR and office procedures.

Salary: $25.30 hourly.
Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Full-time, permanent employment, with day, evening, and morning shifts.
