Job Description/Overview:
ILS Company LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Companion to provide support and companionship to individuals with various needs. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and transportation for appointments and outings. No prior experience is required, just a commitment to making a difference in the lives of those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide care and support to individuals with various needs
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders
Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities
Grocery shopping and running errands
Provide socialization and companionship
Maintain a clean and safe environment according to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines
Experience:
No experience necessary, but prior caregiving experience (1 year) is preferred
Skills:
Compassionate and dedicated
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Additional Information:
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shift Availability: Day, evening, night, and overnight shifts available as needed
Schedule Options: 4, 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available, including weekends as needed
