We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our team to help shape and grow our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with our company’s mission and goals, creating a cohesive brand narrative across platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights.
- Brand Identity & Positioning: Define and manage our brand identity, ensuring consistency in visual and tone guidelines across all materials.
- Campaign Management: Lead brand campaigns from concept through execution, collaborating with teams to create compelling marketing materials.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Analytics & Performance: Monitor brand performance metrics, refine strategies, and report on brand health and campaign success.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador within the company, promoting and inspiring others to uphold our brand values.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in brand management, with a portfolio of successful brand strategy development and execution (gaming industry experience is a plus).
- Passion for Branding: Deeply passionate about branding and its impact on audience connections.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with experience balancing creative and strategic perspectives.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey brand visions.
