Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care while maintaining their dignity and independence
Perform clinical observation of residents
Follow Christopher House’s standards for compassionate care
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certification required
Registered Nursing Assistant (NAR) acceptable with proof of graduation and conditional CNA certification within 120 days of hire
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
1 year of caregiving experience preferred, especially in behavioral health
Experience:
1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
Skills:
Empathy, strong communication, and caregiving skills
Knowledge in behavioral health (preferred)

Pay Range: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
