About the Role
We are looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis for 6 months. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for the People & Culture function and contribute to various key business projects, including transformation initiatives and business planning. You will work closely with the Recruitment Delivery team and support people analytics, ensuring tasks are executed with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team, including executing tasks to high standards of accuracy.
- Assist with people analytics tasks and support the delivery of key business projects.
- Manage central people services tasks in line with service level agreements.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Delivery team on recruitment-related administrative tasks, including contract generation and ensuring new starter paperwork is completed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the People & Culture function, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Work both autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines efficiently.
What You Need to Succeed
- Extensive experience in administrative tasks, ideally in a people or HR function.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate results on time.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A curious mindset and a passion for identifying ways to improve processes.
- Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle urgent and ad-hoc tasks.
