Job Description/Overview
Arval Luxembourg, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, is a leader in long-term vehicle leasing and corporate fleet management, specializing in sustainable mobility solutions. The Business Manager will focus on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and growing an assigned client portfolio. They will work closely with Account Managers to drive client satisfaction and align with Arval’s commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with Account Managers
Conduct client and prospect meetings, identifying needs and advising on fleet management optimization
Negotiate contracts and pricing policies for clients and prospects
Utilize CRM tools to manage and report on sales activities
Lead initiatives for market share growth and renewal of contracts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or 5+ years of B2B experience, ideally in finance
Proficiency in French, English, and German
Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset
Ability to build long-term client relationships and actively seek sales opportunities
Experience
Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on fleet management or finance
Skills
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving defined goals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and TCO optimization
