Job Description/Overview:
Pulsar Products Inc, a leading brand in portable power products, is seeking an experienced Order Processor to handle customer orders, process payments, and provide customer support. This role involves ensuring order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and enter customer orders into the system.
Verify customer information and payment details.
Update customer accounts with order information.
Process payments and ensure billing accuracy.
Communicate with customers regarding order status and issues.
Provide customer service support as needed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Chinese preferred.
OPT candidates welcome; H1B Visa sponsorship available.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Strong understanding of customer service principles.
Skills:
Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills.
