Job Overview
One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join their team. In this role, you will assist in executing social media strategies, creating captivating content, and managing the social media presence for up to five of the resort’s Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets. You will be a key player in driving engagement and enhancing the online brand presence across various platforms, while maintaining the brand’s voice and identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Social Media Manager in developing and executing social media strategies for up to 5 F&B outlets, aligning with business goals and brand identity.
- Write and schedule engaging, on-brand social media captions across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to create visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the online community to foster positive interactions.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct basic competitor analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities for improving social media practices.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to the Social Media Manager for continuous optimization.
- Assist in organizing photoshoots and content creation events to ensure all assets align with brand standards.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure content is innovative and effective.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a creative flair and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools with the ability to interpret data.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s F&B scene is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing skills is an advantage.
