Job Description/Overview

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, performing tasks such as cleaning rooms and public spaces, delivering guest requests, and ensuring that spaces are in great condition to provide an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
Stock housekeeping carts.
Respond to guest requests and provide high-quality service.
Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Lift, carry, and move objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Ability to move about the space, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
Hands-on approach to work, including lifting and carrying objects.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, quality standards, and professionalism.
Experience
Experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required.
Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
