Job Description/Overview:
As a General Farm Worker at Hoshino E-Farm, you will be involved in the cultivation and production of rice, wheat, soybeans, and buckwheat. Responsibilities include field and cultivation management, operating and maintaining agricultural machinery, and performing light tasks associated with crop production. We are looking for individuals interested in agricultural machinery and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage crop cultivation, including rice, wheat, soybeans, and buckwheat
Operate and maintain agricultural machinery
Oversee field management and ensure high standards in farming practices
Support light tasks associated with farm production
Qualifications:
No specific educational requirements
Interest in agricultural machinery and farming processes
Experience:
Prior farming experience is advantageous but not required
Skills:
Basic understanding of agricultural machinery operation
Strong interest in farm work and crop production

Commuting by car is allowed; parking is available on-site
Uniform and work clothes are provided; a 10,000 yen annual allowance is available for work clothes

Benefits:
Monthly salary: 220,000 to 320,000 yen
Additional allowances include qualification, family, position, field, and special allowances
