We’re self-funded, growing rapidly, and looking for a motivated Customer Support Agent to join our Customer Success Team and help health care providers excel.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll:
- Provide exceptional support to customers via email, live chat, phone, and video conferencing.
- Assist new users with onboarding and help existing users maximize Power Diary’s features.
- Analyze and triage support requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with our Engineering and Product Teams to address bugs and integrate user feedback.
- Create and refine user documentation to improve the customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
- Be the voice of the customer, sharing suggestions and feedback to enhance our products.
- Seek opportunities to increase customer engagement and deepen their understanding of our software.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Empathetic, inquisitive, and people-oriented.
- Experienced in customer service, with well-developed communication skills.
- Computer literate, with the ability to solve technical issues and think critically.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve goals.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about helping others.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in software support or technical support (preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and problem-solving in digital environments.
- Prior exposure to remote work and the ability to work independently.

- Remote position: Work from home anywhere in Australia.
