Job Description/Overview:
Anova Care, a provider of home care and home health services, is seeking caregivers for our home care program. Caregivers will assist with homemaking, personal care services, and protective oversight for clients. Anova Care is one of the fastest-growing home health agencies in Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and hygiene.
Provide protective oversight as needed.
Help with positioning, transfers, ambulation, and exercises.
Give medication reminders.
Assist with household chores, including cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
Help with shopping and outside appointments.
Observe and report any changes from normal to the licensed professional.
Qualifications:
1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
Reliable transportation to client homes.
Good attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Experience:
1 year of experience in caregiving is preferred.
Skills:
Patience and a positive demeanor.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
