Job Description/Overview
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will support residents in enjoying their daily lives by providing the quality care and support they deserve. Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living and personal care

Qualifications
Experience caring for older individuals is preferred
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
Experience
Some experience in a care role, particularly with older adults, is required.
