Position Overview
The Jr. Paid Social Media Buyer will support Senior Paid Social Media Buyers by assisting with scaling and optimizing client ad accounts, creative strategy, campaign creation, testing, and reporting. This is a growth role, with a pathway to promotion to Sr. Media Buyer within 6-12 months. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Support Sr. Paid Social Media Buyers in optimizing ad accounts with $100k-$500k/month in ad spend
- Execute weekly A/B testing of creatives, audiences, angles, ad copy, etc.
- Generate creative insights and analytics to help the Creative Team develop new ad content
- Achieve 80%+ of client Paid Social North Star Goals quarterly for up to six clients
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- 2+ years of e-commerce marketing experience
- Strategic, analytical mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in Facebook ad management for multiple accounts
- Data-driven, results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of the DTC marketplace
- Team-oriented, positive attitude with strong listening skills

- Inability to take constructive criticism
- Less than two years of e-commerce marketing experience
