Job Description/Overview:
TMB Solutions is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring smooth operations. The role involves maintaining systems, assisting team members with technology-related issues, and overseeing hardware and software installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and maintain Python scripts.
Perform web scraping and write database queries.
Maintain and update the internal PHP webserver.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure efficient business operations.
Install new technology, including operating systems, software, and hardware.
Perform maintenance on phone, computer, network systems, and other equipment.
Administer user accounts and access for new employees.
Conduct regular system backups and run security checks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
Experience:
At least 2 years of IT experience in a professional environment.
Skills:
Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Python, SQL, and PHP.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
