Job Description/Overview:
ILOGIC INC is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM projects and exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design IAM Solutions: Create end-to-end IAM solutions using Ping Identity products, including architecture blueprints and implementation plans for identity management and access control.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to project teams throughout the IAM project lifecycle, collaborating with developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders.
Customization: Customize Ping Identity products (PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory) to meet business needs, developing custom connectors and workflows using Java and REST APIs.
Integration: Integrate Ping Identity solutions with existing IT systems and cloud services, ensuring seamless user authentication and provisioning.
Security Assessments: Conduct risk assessments of IAM implementations, identifying vulnerabilities and developing remediation plans to ensure compliance with regulations.
Deployment: Lead the deployment of Ping Identity solutions in production environments, working with DevOps teams for smooth rollout and performance tuning.
Training and Documentation: Provide training and create documentation to educate internal teams and clients on Ping Identity products and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IAM project design, with at least 3 years in an architectural or lead role.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Java, REST APIs, and scripting languages.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) and configuration.
Experience with integration tools (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Knowledge of security standards (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM).
Familiarity with relational databases and application integration patterns.
