Job Description/Overview:
As a Sales Manager at Saxon Business, a Xerox Company, you will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding business in both new and existing accounts, with a focus on driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. You will lead a team of 5-7 sales professionals, playing a key role in hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining talent. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with C-level clients, collaborating across the organization, and supporting the company’s ambitious business goals in the digital print industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive team revenue, profit, and expense objectives, focusing on digital transformation solutions.
Elevate client satisfaction, develop strategic account plans, and manage C-level client communications.
Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets, providing coaching, feedback, and training.
Identify and resolve challenges in the sales process, and negotiate deals with clients.
Maintain a positive team environment, even in challenging situations.
Set performance metrics, evaluate team members, and offer constructive feedback.
Collaborate across the organization to support high-performance results and strategic growth.
Build client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, while expanding solutions offered.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
4-6 years of outstanding sales and marketing achievements, consistently exceeding targets.
Information Technology industry experience preferred.
Previous experience in salespeople management.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated team leadership experience.
Experience:
Proven sales management experience with a foundation in sales and consulting.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and consistently achieve targets.
Experience in strategic relationship-building and presenting to high-level leadership.
Familiarity with CRM tools, data analysis, and business management reporting.
Knowledge of print industry trends and competitive solutions is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in technical product knowledge and technology expertise.
Skilled in financial reporting, planning, and organizing.
