Job Description/Overview:
The Outlet Manager oversees daily operations in restaurant, bar, and room service areas, ensuring excellent guest and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting team members during high-demand periods. This role focuses on continuous improvement in guest service and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and manage staff
Assist with menu planning and maintain service/sanitation standards
Ensure guest and employee satisfaction by providing leadership and direction
Address and resolve guest issues, complaints, and feedback
Organize staff training to achieve service excellence and compliance
Handle the financial aspects, including purchasing and payments
Ensure adherence to food and beverage policies and local regulations
Monitor and ensure compliance with liquor laws and handling standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, plus 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field
OR
2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with 2 years of related experience
Experience:
4 years in food and beverage, culinary, or related area (for high school diploma holders)
2 years for those with a related 2-year degree
Skills:
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach
