Job Description/Overview:

The Office Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations, assist in planning and organizing activities, maintain office supplies, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating administrative tasks, overseeing office procedures, and ensuring work priorities and deadlines are met.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Open and distribute mail and other materials.

 

Plan and organize daily office operations.

 

Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

 

Provide customer service.

 

Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

 

Ensure work priorities are followed, and deadlines are met.

 

Coordinate office services such as equipment, supplies, and maintenance.

 

Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

 

Qualifications:

 

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

 

Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

 

Skills:

 

Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

 

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Reliability and professionalism.

Additional Information:

 

Full-time, permanent position with an hourly wage of $28.85.

 

32 hours per week, working day, evening, weekend, shift, and morning shifts.

 

Work must be completed on-site.
