Position: Night Supervisor
Location : Element West Bay, Doha, Qatar

Job Description/Overview:
The Night Supervisor is responsible for managing guest check-ins, verifying guest identities, and securing payments, while ensuring a smooth and professional check-in/check-out process. This role involves balancing receipts, managing billing, reviewing reports, and handling guest requests and inquiries. Additionally, the Night Supervisor supports team members by training, evaluating, and motivating them to deliver excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process guest check-ins and check-outs with identity and payment verification
Set up accurate guest accounts and compile daily reports
Manage cashier duties and balance receipts
Handle guest requests, supply information, and provide directions
Support team through training and serve as a role model
Adhere to quality and safety standards, report accidents and unsafe conditions
Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
Move, lift, and place items up to 10 pounds without assistance
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Experience:
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Skills:
Strong communication skills
Ability to use computers/POS systems effectively
