Job Overview:

Join Sheraton & Marriott at Frankfurt Airport to lead HR functions in a dual-brand hotel setting. You’ll work alongside the Director of Human Resources, overseeing recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and labor law compliance for 320 team members. Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage recruitment, employee retention programs, and training initiatives.

 

Conduct employee performance reviews and foster team development.

 

Collaborate with management and advise on HR-related matters.

 

Optimize HR processes, including recruitment and retention strategies.

 

Qualifications:

 

Experienced HR generalist, ideally with knowledge of German labor law and experience in hospitality.

 

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

 

Ability to work proactively and maintain a positive, team-focused environment.

 

Experience:

 

Several years in a similar HR role, ideally within hospitality or gastronomy.

 

Skills:

 

Communication, problem-solving, and team-building expertise.
