As part of our growth and transformation, we are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our affiliate marketing efforts for emerging audiences.
Position Overview:
As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will report to the Director of Affiliate Marketing and be responsible for planning, developing, and deploying affiliate marketing strategies for Medicare Supplemental, Individual, Family & Small Business, and Multicultural audiences. Your focus will be on driving profitable business growth, increasing customer acquisition, and optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC) through effective management of affiliate partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast and deliver revenue and contribution margins through partner programs, including inbound and outbound calls, data leads, and online visits/quotes.
- Develop engagement plans aligned with partnership goals and internal structures to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure high-quality program delivery that meets KPIs and objectives.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to scale programs through outreach, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new partners and establish key metrics for their success.
- Resolve client issues by coordinating resources and escalating as necessary.
- Create and manage a testing roadmap for affiliate marketing initiatives, including creative and commission structures.
- Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Present KPIs, trends, and strategies to senior leadership while proactively communicating campaign performance and insights.
Who You Are:
- You hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or have relevant experience.
- You possess at least 5 years of experience in account management, partner success, or client services with a proven track record of success.
- You have experience developing productive relationships across marketing to drive conversions.
- You are comfortable in a process-driven environment and have a strong analytical mindset.
- You possess exceptional time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- You have a proactive approach to project management and a history of achieving quarterly results.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, healthcare reform, and Medicare is preferred.
