Job Description/Overview:
We are currently hiring a Market Manager for our Jonesboro team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will lead and support a staff comprised of Recruiting Specialists and Recruiting Managers responsible for service excellence to our clients as they recruit and retain the right-fit employees for client-specific needs. With your passion for success, you will seek additional clients, sell workforce solutions to meet their needs, and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize business acumen and sales aptitude to increase sales and profits for the Company by generating new business, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms.
Provide mentorship, management direction, coaching, and support to branch employees.
Maintain the overall financial operation and profitability of the branch, including budgets, billable hours, fill-rates, and achievement of targets.
Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring activity, adjusting plans or services as needed, and making regular in-person visits.
Enhance Company image in the community by developing and maintaining relationships with local organizations and leaders.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in staffing, sales, and managing teams.
Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Ethical conduct, thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong time management skills and customer-service orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively in a multi-task environment.
