Position Overview:
We are seeking a Partnership Manager/Affiliate Manager to develop and manage our partner network, drive lead generation, and support our sales and marketing teams. This role requires a proactive individual with strategic thinking skills and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, especially in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the existing partner network.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations for partners.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support teams.
- Organize and participate in partner online and offline exhibitions and conferences.
- Generate affiliate leads and conduct marketing research.
- Experiment with audience insights and product positioning.
- Maintain and nurture business partnerships with agents, client introducers, and clients.
- Represent the company at B2C/B2B marketing events and public speaking engagements.
- Travel to conferences and business meetings as required.
- Develop the assigned territory by converting leads into clients and building relationships with new and existing partners.
- Provide exceptional service and communicate regularly with partners to understand their evolving business needs.
- Increase lead generation and sales through partnerships.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in English.
- Work experience in large companies.
- Strong social media presence, especially on LinkedIn.
- Experience in the Indian market with local knowledge related to partnerships.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Proactive and strategic thinker.
- Experience in the ed-tech niche is preferred.
- Background as a Partnership or Account Manager.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing mechanics and ability to create win-win schemes.
- Existing warm contacts in marketing and ability to prioritize projects.
- Systematic thinker with strong data structuring skills; ability to predict campaign results and calculate conversions, CAC, ROI, and other metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
