Job Description/Overview:
Sanders Senior Living is seeking a vibrant and sociable Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance the lives of our residents at Graysford Hall. In this role, you will create and implement meaningful, engaging activities that uphold residents’ dignity, promote self-esteem, and encourage personal expression. Additionally, you will mentor staff on interaction techniques, helping to foster a caring and inclusive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily activities that cater to individual resident preferences.
Train staff on best practices for engaging and interacting with residents.
Ensure all activities promote residents’ dignity, individuality, and well-being.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a care home setting and previous work organizing group activities or events is beneficial but not required. We value a positive and adaptable approach.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role within a care setting or activity coordination is a plus.
Skills:
Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents and staff.
Creative thinking for planning and organizing activities.

Salary: £12.54 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
