Position: Sales Account Manager

Job Description/Overview:
Sensient Technologies is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join the Food, Beverage, and Pharma commercial management team. This role involves managing a customer territory primarily in Victoria, with some travel to other states. The manager will focus on sales for a portfolio of value-added flavors and colors, targeting food accounts in categories such as ice cream, beverages, savory products, bakery items, and pharmaceuticals.
Work Schedule:
5 days per week onsite in the Melbourne office.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales activities for new and existing accounts.
Engage with key decision-makers to support product development.
Conduct annual pricing reviews and negotiate terms with clients.
Drive sustainable growth while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.
Collaborate with internal resources to support sales efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience in a sales role, preferably with food, pharma, or personal care products.
Strong communication skills and motivational ability.
Team-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve results.
