About the Role:
We are seeking Affiliate Managers to join our team of self-motivated, driven professionals who will help us continue our growth. You will manage accounts of approved affiliates, guide them toward success, and ensure compliance with Trancos and advertiser guidelines. This role involves working closely with affiliates, approving applications, and providing support to maximize their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage newly approved affiliate accounts, providing onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Approve or decline affiliate applications, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct phone interviews and oversee applications for new affiliates.
  • Research and analyze campaigns to recommend tailored solutions to affiliates.
  • Address affiliate inquiries and troubleshoot any issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all affiliates meet advertiser guidelines.
  • Focus on growing each affiliate’s potential while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for digital advertising and a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Solid understanding of affiliate marketing terminology and metrics.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of success and overachievement in previous roles.
