Job Description/Overview:
Abbey Road Registry is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. This permanent, full-time position involves a variety of administrative tasks, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Train staff and delegate work to office support staff
Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures
Administer policies and procedures related to information access and privacy
Resolve conflict situations and review new administrative procedures
Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
Implement new administrative procedures and monitor their effectiveness
Qualifications:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office
Experience and Specialization:
Strong multitasking abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Flexibility, time management, and organizational skills
Integrity and ability to work as a team player
