Job Description/Overview:
Boston Scientific’s Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) in the Peripheral Interventions Division is a hybrid-remote role focused on managing a virtual territory to support business growth, customer education, and revenue generation. The role involves a blend of virtual and occasional live engagements to build customer relationships, support sales activities, and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer relationships through virtual and occasional live visits.
Conduct product demonstrations, educational programs, and procedural observations.
Collaborate with internal teams and field sales to achieve territory and national objectives.
Analyze business conditions and trends, and develop business plans to meet revenue goals.
Manage budgets and submit required administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
Adhere to company policies, including Travel & Entertainment and Integrity guidelines.
Occasionally participate in trade shows or meetings during weekends or evenings.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience; current progress towards a degree also considered.
0-2 years of relevant business experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and selling skills.
Effective collaboration and account management skills.
Experience:
Experience in sales, particularly in healthcare or medical devices, is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records.
