Job Description/Overview:
Ann Taylor is looking for a Sales Manager to join our store leadership team and bring our brand experience to life. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver an omnichannel experience, and cultivate a positive store culture. You will engage with customers and associates, model brand behaviors, and build a high-performing team focused on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a customer-focused environment that delivers exceptional experiences
Build genuine customer relationships with high engagement
Model brand behaviors and foster a customer-centric culture
Onboard and develop a team of associates
Ensure an inclusive and welcoming store environment
Provide feedback and coaching for effective customer interactions
Uphold brand visual standards on the sales floor
Lead activities to drive store performance and meet financial objectives
Balance selling responsibilities with store operations
Qualifications:
1 year of retail management experience (preferred)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Effective people management and talent development skills
Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems
Strong business acumen and ability to create action plans
Experience:
Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
Skills:

Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to operate and manage a team effectively
