Position: Office Assistant

Job Description/Overview:
This position involves providing general office support, including typing and proofreading documents, compiling data, organizing files, and scheduling office work. The role is based on-site with a full-time schedule of 40 to 50 hours per week and offers health benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and proofread various documents
Compile data, statistics, and other information
Provide general information to clients and the public
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Perform data entry
Label and file documents according to retention schedules
Organize and schedule office tasks
Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in office assistance
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
Knowledge of social media and accounting software
Ability to manage electronic mail and perform data entry
