Job Description/Overview:
This full-time delivery truck driver position requires loading, transporting, and unloading goods. Drivers will ensure customer service standards are met, follow route maps, and handle all pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Work is on-site with various shifts, including day, evening, night, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service
Assemble and set up merchandise/products
Transport dangerous goods with care
Load and unload goods
Read maps and follow directions
Record vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues
Perform vehicle inspections before, during, and after trips
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Class 5/5F/G Licence (for cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months
Skills:
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Physically capable of handling heavy loads
