Job Description/Overview:
Dahua Technology, a world-leading video-centric smart IoT solution provider, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Channel Sales State Manager. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth in the Oceania region by forging strong client relationships and executing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities; arrange meetings with prospective clients.
Plan and prepare customer presentations using PowerPoint.
Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
Develop growth strategies focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Promote the company’s products and services to meet client objectives.
Build and develop detailed business plans, identifying key partners, accounts, and end-users.
Develop and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans.
Professionally represent Dahua Technology at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Manage multiple deadlines and complex projects calmly under pressure.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-8 years of proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role within the surveillance and security market.
Proven sales track record in acquiring new business and achieving company goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Security and surveillance market knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
Excellent time management and planning skills.
