Job Description/Overview
Delhaize Luxembourg is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to join our HR team on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. This role requires a dynamic individual passionate about human relations and administrative support who enjoys working in a motivated and service-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks, including expense reports, medical certificate entries, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Liaise with Luxembourgish administrations (CNS, STM, ADEM).
Support payroll preparation, including drafting contracts, verifying attendance records, and processing expense reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (bac +3) or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in French; English and German are a plus.
Familiarity with MS Office and database management tools; experience with TiM and Apsal is a plus.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
