Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Graduate Medical Education Consultant II to join our team and provide consulting expertise in medical education. In this role, you will guide clients through accreditation processes, support grant writing for GME programs, and assist in developing sustainable programs post-accreditation. This position offers a remote work option and requires up to 30% travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on institutional and specialty accreditation for Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs.
  • Assist clients with grant writing to secure funding for GME programs.
  • Offer ongoing support post-accreditation to help clients maintain sustainable programs.
  • Prepare clients for institutional and specialty site visits.
  • Develop clinical rotations that emphasize best practices within specific medical specialties.
  • Collaborate with the GME team on document creation, proofreading, editing, and standardization.
  • Engage in follow-up communications and assist clients in document preparation and finalization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical education, with prior consulting or coordinator experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to client sites.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $99,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. Eligible candidates may qualify for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
