We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to help execute our content strategy and further enhance our global reach.
Job Overview:
As a Social Media Manager at Hacking HR, you will be responsible for executing our social media content strategy, growing our online presence, and engaging with our HR community. This is a long-term role with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. You’ll have the opportunity to co-design the responsibilities and expand the role based on your skills and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage social media content across various channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop creative and engaging posts that align with Hacking HR’s mission and target audience (HR professionals).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and initiatives to drive engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices to optimize content and growth strategies.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in managing social media platforms, particularly for business or professional communities.
- Strong understanding of HR topics or prior experience in a similar HR-related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media marketing.
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) to create visually appealing content.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to effectively connect with the HR audience.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Project Duration:
3 to 6 months, with the potential for long-term collaboration and growth into a full-time position.
