Job Description/Overview
Studley Rose Care Home is a premier healthcare facility providing high-quality care to our residents. We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate and skilled team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident care, ensuring their well-being, and collaborating with the healthcare team to create a supportive and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans and established procedures.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
Monitor and assess the physical and mental condition of residents, reporting any changes to the medical team.
Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of resident care.
Qualifications
Valid registration as a nurse (NMC pin).
Strong knowledge of anatomy and resident care practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
Experience
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, particularly in a care home or residential facility.
Skills
Proficient in clinical nursing practices.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with residents and team members.
