Job Description/Overview:
As a Care Assistant at HC-One’s Perry Locks care home, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering the highest quality care for residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs. You’ll assist residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meals while maintaining their dignity and individuality. HC-One focuses on delivering compassionate care for residents in Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
Provide emotional support and encourage participation in general activities within the care home.
Safeguard residents’ well-being, ensuring they maintain their dignity and individuality.
Recognize and report signs of potential abuse or neglect, escalating concerns as necessary.
Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate care.
