Job Description/Overview:
Join Volvo Car Finland as a Sales Operations Specialist and be part of an exciting journey to shape the future of mobility. As a key player in our Commercial Operations team, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment to enhance customer experiences and contribute to our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support retailers with vehicle ordering systems.
Handle invoicing and taxation of new vehicles.
Create and update car price lists.
Manage retailer campaign and bonus payments in SAP.
Oversee homologation of new cars.
Collaborate with teams across the organization for seamless communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Power BI knowledge is a plus) and SAP.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on precision.
Experience in import or retail; online business experience is advantageous.
Experience:
Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, but not required.
Skills:
Strong collaboration and communication skills in Finnish and English.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks effectively.
Organized with a keen attention to detail and calm under pressure.
