Job Description/Overview:
The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing office duties, including budget control, scheduling appointments, and managing contracts. The role involves answering phone calls, electronic inquiries, and maintaining both manual and computerized filing systems. This is an on-site position with no remote work option.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage contracts
Answer telephone calls and electronic inquiries
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Maintain filing systems
Provide customer service
Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of experience
Skills:
Google Docs
MS Word
MS Office
Ability to multitask
Excellent oral and written communication
Organized
