Job Description/Overview:
This full-time, permanent position involves planning and organizing daily operations, managing contracts, and providing administrative support. The role is on-site, with shifts including day, evening, early morning, and morning.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and plan daily operations
Manage contracts and office supplies
Handle telephone calls and electronic inquiries
Compile data, statistics, and other information
Advise senior management
Maintain a digital database and perform basic bookkeeping
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Office
Knowledge of legal and technical terminology
Strong organizational and communication skills
