Job Description/Overview:
The role involves arranging seminars and conferences, supervising and training staff, and handling office administrative duties. The position is on-site, and there is no option to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences
Supervise and train other workers
Record and prepare minutes of meetings
Establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and electronic inquiries
Compile data and maintain inventory
Arrange travel and itineraries
Maintain filing systems and proofread documents
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
Skills:
Ability to manage office procedures and supervise workers
Strong organizational and communication skills
