Job Description/Overview

 

As the Head of Asset Management Sales at FE fundinfo, you will lead a high-performing sales team and drive global growth in the asset management industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive market expansion, collaborating with product, marketing, and business development teams. You’ll be instrumental in influencing our product roadmap through customer feedback and ensuring we remain competitive.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Leadership:

 

Drive pipeline growth, achieve booking targets, and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

 

Create detailed territory plans for market optimization.

 

Partner with product teams to integrate customer feedback and drive demand.

 

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and executive alignment.

 

Develop key channel and partner relationships.

 

Provide insights on potential acquisitions and lead sales team integration.

 

Sales Excellence:

 

Achieve bookings targets and ensure accurate business forecasting through CRM systems.

 

Utilize sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Miller Heiman to enhance performance.

 

Use data-driven insights to refine tactics and improve sales efficiency.

 

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to increase sales team knowledge and success.

 

Team Management:

 

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global sales team.

 

Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

 

Set OKRs, provide feedback, and celebrate team successes.

 

Strategize with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to enhance lead generation.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

 

Build and maintain executive relationships with key clients and partners.

 

Develop and implement strategies for customer retention.

 

Collaboration:

 

Partner with pre-sales teams to improve GTM programs and win rates.

 

Align with marketing, product development, and customer service for cohesive sales strategies.

 

Support competitor intelligence efforts and develop winning strategies.

 

Qualifications

 

Experience in leading an enterprise-level sales management team.

 

Proven track record in selling complex solutions with multi-year contracts and phased implementations.
