Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their community guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus
- Awareness of online trends and community engagement strategies
